4. Extended Water Heater Warranty

Eligibility – For water heaters less than 2 years old, installed to manufacturer specifications and up to code
Coverage – Extends tank-style warranties from 6 years to 12 years; covers heat exchangers, components, and labor for tankless units
Applies to All Brands – No transfer fees or deductibles
5. Home Warranty Company Limited Warranties
If you have a home warranty policy, it may cover certain plumbing services (typically with a 30-day labor/installation warranty). Be sure to notify your provider for authorization before scheduling service. Additional fees may apply depending on your policy.
